The Co-Op program has opportunities throughout different divisions of the firm, on the job duties include: providing branch teams with clear, timely and accurate information, processing account transactions that help fulfill clients’ financial needs and other important daily duties of associates. The flexible co-op schedule allows you to comfortably balance both work and school. By working in a role that uses skills you have learned in school during the same semester that you take classes, you can immediately apply and sharpen your skills. This cooperative education (Co-Op) program integrates a career experience with your schooling. Your work will put you on the front lines of client service as you interact directly with clients and branch teams in ways that support the firm’s commitment to delivering an ideal client experience. Interns get to know more about the RDP program and learn about different areas of the firm in anticipation of a potential opportunity for a full-time position after graduation.
These are informal sessions that provide insight into the functions of each division in the firm.
INVISOR GLASSDOOR SERIES
The Speaker Series is an opportunity for interns to hear a general partner and/or veteran associate speak about his or her area of expertise. The responsibility of the PA is to serve as a mentor to the interns by providing advice and guidance throughout the internship. Interns are provided a Program Advisor (PA). We do things differently here at Edward Jones, and that includes how we train and support interns. Over the course of 10 weeks, you’ll learn a lot about the financial services industry, the firm and about yourself.

Things move fast, but in a coordinated and sustainable way that gets results. Everyone has access to training and learning resources. There is no "us vs them" in the relationship. Engineering and Product Management have a very real partnership. Older technology is being thoroughly modernized in terms of the product itself, its architecture and how it is developed, tested, hosted, deployed and monitored.
Continuous improvement is very real here. Our engineering group is maturing significantly in terms of focus, mind set, development practices, process and delivery.
